How can I reserve my wedding date?

You can book our services with a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit and contract. Wedding dates are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. The deposit is applied towards the total balance, and the remainder is due thirty days prior to the event.

Can we change outfits during our photo shoots?
Absolutely! Keep in mind the time that is allowed with your package, but we are happy to take your photos in several different outfits. You may also have additional time for your photo shoot for $60.00 per hour.

I am going to purchase a copyright-released cd in addition to the photos that I buy with my on line gallery coupon. Will the photos on my cd be edited, and what does that include?
We will edit all photos taken during your event or photo shoot that come with your chosen package (excluding duplicates). We go through each picture, one by one, adjust the white balance and color saturation, remove red eye, and adjust brightness and contrast when needed to help make sure your photos look as good as possible. That includes all of the photos on your cd. Some special editing such as removing blemishes or artistic enhancement is available upon request and can be purchased through the on line gallery.

I want pictures taken while I am getting ready before my wedding, but I am getting ready at my friend's house instead of the ceremony site. Will you take pictures at her house?
We are willing to travel several places to take your pictures. Keep in mind that the first 100 miles round trip are included with your package, and any additional mileage is $1.00 per mile.

Can I bring my pet along during my photo shoot? If so, is there an extra charge?
You are welcome to bring your pet along for your photo shoot. There is no extra charge for it.

How many photographs will you take during my photo shoot or event?
We don't have a particular rule about the number of photos we take, but as an example, we usually take 85-100 photos during engagement sessions and senior or family photo shoots. Weddings vary depending on the number of photographers, length of the wedding and reception, and number of activities. Some intimate weddings have only required 300 photos, while others had over 2000 photos. Probably the most common number at weddings is around 2000 pictures, and we choose the best and most important photos to edit and display on your gallery depending on the number of photos that come with the chosen package. Parties usually range between 200 and 800 photos, depending on the time and number of people attending.

How long will it take to get my pictures?

Because we edit your pictures one by one, the time it takes to finish them depends on the number of photos and how many photo shoots we have during a particular month. Engagement and family photo shoots typically take two weeks to be edited and uploaded to the on line gallery. Wedding pictures typically take approximately three to five weeks. After that, you may view and select your photos on line. Once your purchase is complete, the pictures usually arrive within 6-10 business days.

I am from out of town, and the package I want comes with a bridal portrait session. If I don't want the portrait session, can I exchange it for something else?

We are happy to work with our clients to create a package that fits them. Some services can be exchanged for other items or services such as additional pre-ceremony time or gallery credits.

What kind of special editing do you do?

We offer many different kinds of special editing. We can remove scars and blemishes, create different lighting of many colors, mix black and white with color in a photograph, make portraits look like paintings, and much much more!
